why is britney spears constantly on headline national news? i metldown just about everyday, as does the rest of america, and it never makes the news. why is it i am forced to know so much about a matter i care nothing about?

It's called advertising dollars, yet another reason the tv belongs in the bin.

only when i'm getting my hair done, not when i'm trying to watch presidential primary returns.
Hollywood and DC... sounds like some bad habits to me. ;]
